ATHENS, SKOPJE, 22. AUG. 2016 -Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Greece are making concrete efforts to live together in harmony. The Greek deputy Foreign Minister, Nikos Ksidakis, who is also engaged in European affairs, says that currently, relations between Greece and FYROM are enjoy a “good mutual will”. “The measures being taken to build trust show that Greece and FYROM can live in harmony together, in an environment which is not very stable”, said Mr. Ksidakis in an interview for the Greek press. Mr. Ksidakis’ declarations follow the agreement signed in Skopje to build trust between the two countries. Ksidakis called on Skopje not to be nationalist in its stances. “Time has come for Skopje to give up on ultra nationalist extremism, ideological abuse with history and irredentist excesses which do not do any good to the people and are almost always used for domestic consumption”, he added concluding that “Athens and Skopje share a good will in addressing problems”. /balkaneu.com/
